Rainier Barrett2025-06-10Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was in communication with Richard of Evergreen to set up a siding upgrade for my house in Nampa, and he could not have made the process easier! We had to coordinate with an abatement specialist to remove old asbestos cement siding and it was smooth as silk getting everything lined up in no time flat. Very nice, polite, punctual and detail-oriented. Will definitely keep y'all in mind when we need more work down the road! Roman Fukshansky2025-06-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Evergreen after reading about them on Yelp, looking for gutter cleaners. Richard picked up the phone and offered to give me some recommendations, since gutter cleaning is not something they do. Once we got to chatting I asked them to come out to inspect the roof. Richard proposed a time same day and offered to blow out the gutters while he was up there for no charge. He called me when they were about 30 minutes out and arrived promptly as promised with his colleague Lake. They did a thorough inspection of the roof, blew out the gutters, and then blew the leafs out cleaning the ground. They took pictures of the roof and the gutters, and showed me the condition of everything. They also took a look at the siding and the windows. As it turned out, the roof is in a good condition, as is much of the rest of the siding and windows. But what I appreciated the most is their honesty and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. When I offered to pay something for them blowing out the gutters - as they literally saved me $200 for a cleaning service - they politely refused and accepted only a glass of water. Over the past year we have been doing a lot of work on our house and as a result have had to deal with a number of vendors, contractors and service providers. Thankfully, most of them have been quite good, while some not so much. However, I’ve learned that honesty and trustworthiness are perhaps the most important qualities in any service specialist, especially when what they end up recommending is against self interest - such as when no service is required. In conclusion, these guys are now my regular go-to for anything related to Roof, Siding, and Windows, and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who asks. They were professional, clearly knowledgeable, and displayed true integrity. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!! Thank you Lake for such a quick, amazing fix. Landon Bastian2025-05-22Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Evergreen Exteriors has been fantastic to work with. Lake has been very professional and helpful from the beginning. He answered my call and quickly scheduled a time to come out and take a look at our roof. The roof walk through was very thorough and he answered all our questions and sent videos with all of his notes. Couldn't be happier to find a great roofer that provides great service and cares about their customers. Mayghann Gallagher2025-05-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard promptly replied to my inquiry about my roof and siding on my house. Richard was outstanding! He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. As someone who has no experience with roofing- Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend him enough! If you have questions or need an individual to look at your siding and roof- Richard is the guy you want! Thank you Richard!!!! I had Richard come out to look at my roof & windows, he was on time and professional. He informed me that my windows were in great condition, while my roof still had about 5 years left on it! I will be using Evergreen Exteriors in the future. Holly Thom2025-05-05Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Richard gave us an estimate with a great price as well as knowledge about vinyl siding and the installation of the product, Richard kept us informed throughout the project about the timeline for the installation. He worked with another contractor who was also working on our home to make everyones timeline work. The team that installed our new siding were professional and cleaned the area up better than any contractors we have ever worked with. I would gladly work with Evergreen Exteriors again. Christopher Vedo2025-05-03Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tanner, Richard, Lake, Arturo, and the entire team were above and beyond! Had a somewhat minor issue with siding coming off of the house. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and basically sent an Army out to fix everything. Communication was easy, on point, and there we absolutely zero issues from start to finish with work or communication. We could not have been happier with Evergreen. Steffen Kuhlmann2025-04-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful company to work with! I've used them on previous projects and they are always able to accommodate me on short notice and their work is excellent. When I called them regarding 3 missing roof shingles they came out and replaced them for FREE! This is what I call excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them.
100% Satisfaction Always
Our solid 5-Star Google Reviews say "we're great at what we do." It would be our pleasure to add you to our fast-growing list of happy Montana homeowners.
5-Star Premium Roofing
We handle every roofing job as if it were our home. We don't cut corners, we're very skilled at what we do, and we'll walk you through every step of the process.
Roofing Labor Warranty
Our labor warranty covers any potential defects in your roof installation or work performed by our skilled team. It assures you we do not run from our finished work.
How long do the new shingles last?
We use only the top of the line Malarkey(Roofing) shingles, with an industry leading material warranty. We also offer a 15-year labor warranty.
What do I have to do?
The only thing we ask is that you have your car out of the driveway, we pull all permits, register all warranties and handle all clean-up. Everything is done by us.
What does your payment schedule look like?
For the majority of residential roofs, there is only one final payment: once the job is completed.
I thought you were doing the entire roof/siding/deck?
We have crews of factory-trained installers for each of our specific services, our roofers just roof and our siders just do siding. As we have grown it is no longer feasible for myself and Ryan to do all of our projects by ourselves. If you have any questions feel free to ask the jobsite lead (who I always introduce to the homeowner) or ask myself, Ryan or Grace, we are always in and out and will make a point of saying hello as we stop by.
What kind of material is being used (insert location).
We film time-lapses of all our projects! If we get your approval, we will post a public time-lapse video of your project to our youtube channel, if not we can send you a private video. In your final walkaround we can review all photos of the project and answer any question about any photo or section of the video that you would like.
What happens if you run into extra work?
Change orders suck in construction, and we hate the contractors that rely on them to make a job profitable just as much as you do. Any change order no initially planned into your estimate will be charged for solely time and material without supervisory hours or profit added on.
When do I pay you?
We usually schedule a final walkaround 2-5 days after final completion and inspection of the roof. Once final inspection is done and we have your blessing, the final payment is due.
How do I get ahold of you in case something happens?
Feel free to contact the office, or once you become a client, feel free to give my personal cell number a call. It might take a couple of calls at 2:00 AM but I will pick up eventually.
Is there anything that I need to do?
Nope! Many of our systems are entirely maintenance-free, and we offer free inspections, so have us out every 5 years and we will make sure you are in tip top shape.
Why Are Bonner Junction Roofs Breaking Down So Quickly?
Western Montana weather isn’t kind to roofing systems. Between the heavy snowfall, icy mornings, spring hailstorms, and hot, dry summers, your roof is constantly under pressure. Even newer homes in Bonner Junction experience cracked shingles, moisture intrusion, or missing roofing materials after a storm.
If you’re seeing granules in your gutters, sagging roof lines, or dark spots on your ceiling — don’t wait. Small issues in Montana turn into big repairs fast, and our local team is trained to stop them before they get worse.
Is It Time for a Roof Inspection in Bonner Junction?
Most homeowners don’t climb their roof — and they shouldn’t have to. That’s why roof problems go unnoticed until there’s visible damage. Whether you live near the Blackfoot River, closer to Highway 200, or tucked into the hills outside Missoula, the signs of a failing roof are the same: leaks, missing shingles, soft spots, or unusually high energy bills.
Our team offers honest, no-pressure roof inspections in Bonner Junction to spot issues early and lay out your repair or replacement options clearly.
How Does Montana Weather Affect My Roof?
The freeze-thaw cycles in this part of Montana cause brutal stress on your roofing materials. Ice expands into small cracks, shingles break loose in high winds, and UV exposure dries out sealants.
Over time, even the best roofs wear down under Bonner Junction’s four-season extremes. We build and repair roofs to handle it — with materials designed for heavy snow loads, wind resistance, and long-term protection.

What Are the Real Benefits of a Solid Roof in Bonner Junction?
Living in Bonner Junction means facing all four seasons — and none of them go easy on your roof. Here’s what you get with a well-built roofing system in this part of Montana:
- Protection from heavy snow and long freeze cycles
- Resistance to mountain winds and spring storms
- UV durability for hot summer days
- Fewer ice dams and winter leaks
- Long-term savings on energy bills and costly repairs
Whether you’ve got an older home or a newer build just outside town, a strong roof keeps your home, your comfort, and your investment protected.
